Over the past 30 years, Benefits 7 has become recognized as a leading employee benefit advisory group in the state of Indiana. Currently, we are the employee benefit advisor for over 100 employers in the tri-state area. Benefits 7 serves as the broker and advisor for employer group health plans, as well as dental, vision, life and disability products.

In addition to these services, Benefits 7 designs and implements insurance trusts, and is the founding broker of The Clinic Connection™, a community action plan in cooperation with local hospitals and businesses to provide a near-site wellness clinic for employees and their families. We also provide claims advocacy services, compliance services, and human resources administration. Benefits 7 is also a member of United Benefit Advisors, a member-owned alliance of over 140 premier independent advisory firms, with offices throughout the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Guy Henry

Guy is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Informatics and currently sits on the Committee for Technology and Innovation for United Benefit Advisors. He manages both small and large group administration, enrollments and advising, as well as the implementation of enterprise systems.

James Franklin

Also a founder of Benefits 7, Jim sits on a nine-member Strategic Partner Selection Committee for United Benefit Advisors. This position requires knowledge and the ability to negotiate contractual agreements with the largest insurance companies in America. He is also a twelve-year school board member and currently is appointed to the ISBA (Indiana School Board Association) for District Twelve.

William Henry

For the first 25 years in the history of Benefits 7, and as a founder of the company, Bill led sales, communication, and relationship development, which helped create the foundation and strength that exists today. Currently, Bill plays a more active role as a consultant and senior advisor.

On-Site Employer Clinic Development – Customizing Healthcare to Meet Employer Needs

The Clinic Connection™ is a community action plan with local hospital systems that allows employers to provide an on-site or near-site wellness clinic. This unique model provides convenient, quality healthcare to employees, while decreasing the employer’s overall healthcare costs. Services include:

  • Wellness and acute services
  • Onsite laboratory
  • Onsite generic medications
  • Monthly claims and clinic reporting
  • Health coaching
  • Annual biometric testing
  • Monthly wellness promotions

Our clinics will be used daily for a variety of situations including health assessments, treating illness and injury, as well as health promotion and disease prevention. Those using the clinic will receive quality, primary care services that include (but are not limited to) personal providers, continuity of care, care coordination, biometric screening, and Health Risk Assessment. Wellness coaching is also available.
